How do I know the weight of my goods?

The weight of the goods that you are purchasing will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

How much will I pay for freight?

The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight, destination and address type of your order.

How long until my order is delivered?

Deliveries to major Metropolitan addresses will be delivered within 3 working days from goods being despatched. Deliveries to all other locations in New Zealand will be made within a maximum of 10 working days.

Important note

All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at the time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.

If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care to your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur between 9:00 am-5:00 pm on weekdays, depending on your postcode).

The delivery time is an 'estimate' only and the delivery date will be affected by:

• Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution.
• Whether there is a shortage of parts for the system that you have ordered.
• Your delivery address. If you live in a non-metropolitan or regional delivery zone a longer delivery time may apply to your order.

• Orders that may require address change after dispatch from NanoByte's warehouse are subject to additional fees.
• Shipping may be charged if the product is being sent as a replacement under warranty.
• Other products may include free shipping, if not stated, these products will exclude shipping fees and charges will be applied for shipping based on the customer's location.

It is always our intent to provide you with the lowest possible shipping rates when your orders fall into the weight-affected categories. To that end and depending on the sale conditions, we may choose to subsidise some larger items such as Servers/UPS/Server racks to give you the best possible value.

Please note that much of our shipping is subsidized across the board so you only pay a portion of the actual shipping costs under most circumstances.
